Our Location
Chenoweth Animal Hospital is located at 3624 Frankfort Avenue. This is on the corner of Frankfort Avenue and Bauer Avenue in St. Matthews. We are across the railroad tracks from the Masonic Home.
From I-64
Take the Cannons Lane exit and head north. After the 4-way stop next to Seneca Park, turn right at the second light onto Frankfort Avenue. Go about 4 blocks and our building is on the right just past KAYROUZ Heating & Cooling.
From I-264 (Watterson Expressway)
Take the Shelbyville Road exit and head west on Shelbyville Road about 3 miles. This road splits into Frankfort Avenue and Lexington Road just past Breckinridge Lane. Make sure you are in the far right lane. Our building is on the left about 2 blocks from the split and just past the Walgreens and Starbucks.
